We know that reliability and peace of mind matter to our customers, and that is why we offer a full 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products from the date of supply.
In the unfortunate event that you do experience quality issues with your new Kent purchase, as long as you have your receipt, we promise to repair or replace the faulty product. There are care and usage instructions and terms and conditions applicable to this warranty that we ask you to comply with.
This warranty applies exclusively to products that have been purchased from the Kent Brushes website, authorised Kent Brushes retailers or web-based vendors. The product must have been used and cared for in accordance with our manufacturer’s care instructions. A receipt must also be submitted when making a claim.
Please note this warranty does not apply to any faults in our products arising from fair wear and tear, damage by you, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our care instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
